Bonus funds credited to your pluss 77 account must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from your account without notice. pluss 77 is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond the terms stated at the time the bonus was awarded.

pluss 77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pluss 77 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pluss 77 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or any content therein. pluss 77 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
